Funeral & Memorial Ceremonies
As an Interfaith Minister and Pastoral Counselor, M.A., I offer a
religious or spiritual alternative for those who are not affiliated
with a church, temple, or synagogue. - especially for those who would
prefer not to have a traditional service.
I am trained to conduct funeral and memorial services with all consideration given to the faith, religion, or alternative practices of the person being memorialized, giving full recognition to that person's known wishes, and providing warranted sensitivity to the immediate family's cultural background, traditions and wishes.
The grief process is a long journey. A meaningful ceremony which celebrates the life of a loved one is often the beginning of the healing process for grieving families and friends. In many ways, an "end-of-life" ceremony is an act of love, and it is my privilege and honor to work with families and friends to create and deliver a very personalized tribute to that special loved one who has passed away.
